Hello; I know what it means when a thread is derailed. What is it called when a thread is taken away from the OP?
As far as I am concerned he started this mess. It was his idea and he should remain the judge.
His is a hands off approach to management. He laid back and let us go on and on and on and on. Think of all we accomplished. Uh, never mind.
