How long a 3-4 months stingray can go without food?

how long it can go without food? Age is about 3-4 months, i got them on early february at size around 4in, now they are fat and about 7-8in big. I gotta go out of town for about 1 week.

I dont know if they can go that long without eating especially at that age but im sure others will comment
I would be too scared..
Have you not got a good friend that could feed for you?
You could make small packets with the right amount for 1 feeding, then you would know your friend would only give the right amount

I wouldn't let pups go without food for a week personally. At 7 to 8 inches they would be fine for a couple days, a week would really be tough on them.

I am leaving out of town tomorrow (tuesday), and be back on sunday afternoon.. so about 5-6 days tho.. still way too risky to leave them without food at all?

Well, if you feed them tomorrow(kind of a light feeding) then do a big water change. Sunday when you get home do another big water change and feed again. That would really only be 4 days with no food. That's probably going to be fine. Your gonna come home to reall, really hungry rays...but they should be no worse for the wear. It is a lot harder on young rays than it is on adults, but I think 4 days they will be ok.

You should be doing large waterchanges on your rays every couple days. At least 2 a week. It's just standard procedure with rays. If they won't be getting food for a few days, at least they will have clean water

feed on Tuesday and again when you get home Sunday and they will be fine... just talking 4 days without food... no biggie.
as long as a filter dont shut off or anything...

They will be fine for a week if they have been eating . Pups often take a week or two to start feeding especialy if yr trying pellets . Not great to leave young rays though just in case
