Food that makes your water cloudy

Back before I knew it was bad, chicken. A little raw chicken in there - you will get love from your fish and hate from your filter 
In the past I have had cloudiness from cheap pellets and certain types of fish fillet.
Any kind of sinking pellets if fed everyday. I don't have any non polys that will consume the leftover mess on the substrate.
Silversides and catfish definitely foul the water a bit, I leave it to soak and stir it up with tank water a bit before I feed it. Not totally effective but it helps

Not recommended, same as beef heart, fish aren't super well equipped to digest mammalian proteins. I think eventually it'll kill their kidneys and give them fatty liver
I even bought those food chips from Kens fish and those were bad. Flake of pieces into the water and cloud up. Still have the stuff all sealed up to. Fish liked it but it left almost like black/dark green spot everywhere the next day. It's not soot but that's what it looked like to me.
Massivore/carnivore, and Northfin jumbo formula, and silver sides are horrible. Dont notice anything with megafish, tilapia, and nightcrawlers
