Yeah, that's the way I read it. As in America can't be racist if the movie makes that much in it's first weekend.

I think the writer is just being sarcastic though I'm not sure why since a comic book movie has nothing to do with the issues that currently pester this country.

How's this for racism;some have been moaning and groaning because the lead guy in the movie is dating a white woman in real life.They think that that somehow should disqualify him from being in the movie.
 
What I heard were a lot of people were saying to boycott it because he was dating a white women, and it wasn't whites wanting to boycott it either.
 
Wow so there’s that reverse racism that doest really exist wink wink
