Evil genius was about a bank robbery where the supposed victim was a hostage with abomb strapped around his neck. It detonates...pretty crazy true crime show it's on 6 or so episodes

I watched it.I had forgotten all about that guy with the bomb locked around his neck.That was in Erie...all the way on the other side of the state from where I am.Pretty damned gruesome too....that was right out of a SAW movie.
