250 gallon pond that makes money

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
You should go to your LFS and see what kind of fish and plants they want before spending any money on this pool pond. And then research the plants and fish for a little bit before buying them. If it is easy to breed it is also cheap.

Actually i now am interested instead of that to make fishroom out of different species of fish big and small and to make entrance half-full dollar (my country doesnt have large aquariums and i need that money to keep tanks because of bills and other things)

I wanted to buy ocean play intex kiddie pool that is 38 cm deep and 183 cm in diameter .make gravity bucket filter from aquarium co op.and put atman at 105 .(i think gph isnt really needed in this situation).for stocking i will put inch layer of gravel(so theres is more bio filtration).now idea is planting java moss and marimo ball on net on bottom in middle of pond.growing anubias on left and java fern on right side of pond.and growing water hyatchin and lettuce.(this will be in greenhouse)and for fish stock to put apple snails, cherry shrimp, bristelnose pleco, goldfish and guppy, platy, molly to breed them and sell them to lfs or online.

Is your goal here making money or do you want to do this for fun and the tiny bit of money you might make is just a bonus?

The general rule of thumb for making money with fish is that best profit for the time and effort selling fish is to not have any fish and go get a job at McDonald's.

I dont want to be rude but they arent really needing people that understand into hooby or their job would break apart .believe me they wouldnt let me work there

Only things i can do is or breed fish or make like fish room zoo where i make people pay money to see my fishroom

I'd get one of those expensive guppy pairs(30-40 USD) then breed them in a 10 gallon aquarium. Get another aquarium to put them into after the fry are born since the adults eat fry. You might want to separate the males and females for better growth since they dedicate their energy to breeding in a aquarium with both males and females.

Here are some other fish: shellies (african cichlids that live in shells, pretty easy to breed) and killifish depending on the species. And like Hendre Hendre said plants and shrimp. Before getting any, do your research of course. I think plants are your best bet if you live in a sunny place and have room outside to put your pond. Where do you live? Maybe another person from your region/country can give you some suggestions.
