Surface dweller that gets 4" to 6"?

Clouded archerfish? I believe they get about 6" and swim at the upper area of the tank. I don't think they stay right under the surface like the African butterfly fish or hatchet fish. Seriouslyfish says they can eat fish half their size so not sure if Congo's would be in danger. Aquarium coop shows them.with tiger barbs sin his 800g so maybe Congo's would be fine.
 
Archers are said to enjoy being in a group, not sure how ideal they are without lots of space
 
African butterflyfish and triportheus angulatus are good options but they are hard to find in my country. I used to have a hujeta gar, but it died from an injury a few months back and I haven't seen them since. How big do golden wonder killifish get?

I just thought of another potential candidate. Have you ever heard of the Dusky narrow hatchetfish? It's the largest hatchet fish which grows to 6 inches although it doesn't have the normal hatchetfish shape. It's more like if a hatchetfish got stretched out. I SWEAR I WAS JUST THINKING OF THAT THE MOMENT I OPENED THIS THREAD, u gotta admit 6inch hatchets would look awsome

I have one, he's maybe 3 inches, a bit small but he will eat crickets, I have one and he loves crickets and feeder shrimp, but they're jumpers so be careful.
