White saum?

I was at the pet shop today, and saw this guy. Is this a white saum? It was about 2.5 inch not counting the tail.

Thanks guys my friend just picked it up. I've just never seen one in real life. And I thought it'd be way more expensive. It's just labeled as a green terror and only 12 dollars!

Is there a big difference in price between white and gold saum?
Here in oz they are only a few dollars difference.

Here they are the same price. It’s the size of the fish at the time of sale that determines the price.

I only see gold at my local fish store, and frankly many are not that good looking. I dig the silver myself.

If i could borrow that female from MrsE88 to pair up with my male we could have us a whole batch of em' haha

I have fry from silver/gold parents but only one so far shows any color at all, and it looks gold to me

Id like to think so, but doesn't seem that way... I'm not sure how fish chromosomes work..

are white saums a completely different species? i dont think so.

so is the white seam a recessive gene? no idea

maybe we should ask google about this
