See I never read them first. I got the compendium the first one during the christmas hiatus of season 1 and it ruined the first 4 seasons for me lol. If I've got a book or a comic I have a hard time putting it down til it's done....unless it's bad. So I assumed it was the walkers possibly evolving, well the virus or what ever. Well I'm not mad about the spoiler as I should have realized, it was never about the walkers. I was just hopeful that with Rick outta the way it might take a turn.

I started watching the show before reading the books. I loved the character building of the show and when I saw what they did with some of the book characters, particularly michone, was kind of horrified and just dropped the compendium like that. I feel like they made her out to be a bit of a skank.

Yes I agree it was the Rick grimes show. Will be interesting to see what happens in his absence for the remainder of the season. I guess it’s done after this current season right?.
