75 gallon blackwater tank feels like it's missing something

The stock is maxed on this tank but I feel like something decour/plant wise is missing.... any thoughts?

75 gallon 65% WC per week

Plants- java fern, pothos, will be adding java moss on the driftwood and frog bit in the next couple days

Filtration- ehiem 2217 and aquaclear 110

Heater- fluval 300 watt

Lighting - 4x 6500k CFL plant bulbs

Stock-
1 zebra angel
3 Bolivian rams
18 neon tetras
15 rummynose tetras
12 black neon tetras
12 peppered cories
25+ ghost shrimp

Looks good to me, i dont see anything missing but more plants would only benefit your system. Maybe some large rocks in the corner might fill it in more?

There are arge Mexican pebbles lining up the whole front of the driftwood. They kinda blend in with the almond leaves.

I'm trying to stay away from rooted plants bc the sand bed is only .5 inch, worried the cories would up root and bc I'm afraid the almond leaves would start covering certain rooted plants causing the rooted plants to start dying since the leaves get moved around.

I have used crypts in shallow sand substrate tanks, they seem to send out horizontal roots that lock onto stones and anything else to keep them in place under very little sand, I also like various colors they produce. And for me anyway, grew in tanks where other plants wouldn't.

To me, all it's missing is some structure in upper reaches of tank. Driftwood that creates some shady areas and fills out the top of the tank. I think it would add depth to the tank.
Looks really great as it is however. Nice job. Just think some branching coming down from the top would be nice

Cories would still up root that's the issue.... .5 inch sand bed and cories not gonna happen
