I once went on a long bicycle ride (25+ km) near Mahabalipuram without a hat on just before the summer months. Only time I experienced heat stroke. I can certainly understand this.
The specific area i live in is comparitivly cooler than other, also the room the fish is gonna be cool as it’s built of a special rock and the room is air conditioned
The african lungfish only reaches 6ft, but i think is a very majestic fish to watch. I have one that is about 30" right now in a 125 gallon 6ft tank, but am currently building him a 16 ft, 600 gallon plywood tank.

My point exactly. More emphasis on research before purchase than any types of biotope or limiting to a certain area of origin. Best to check out viktor’s data to see compatability and whatnot. Also check out his YouTube channel lots of great videos to give you ideas and inspiration.
