First image of a black hole

So... I think its called science for a reason. The world is not flat! But it could be magic! Burn the witches! The moon landing was faked! Flat earthers drive me insane. How is this stuff so unbelievable? You ever see God? No but people believe in that without proof.
Come on this is not that unbelievable. We can see all the planets in our system with telescopes. "We" knew there was an anomaly in that area so "we" used this new technology to look at it. And this is the resulting image we got. Tada!

Also from what I know is everything in the Galaxy is spinning in the same direction...yet this picture appears to be head on which would mean it's spinning differently. I would think if it's at the center of the galaxy...we would spin the same way.

They've got some of the world's best computers compiling and processing this data from all over the world. If it was faked it'd be pretty hard to keep it secret.

The photo is fuzzy because it a photo of a shadow of a sharp object projected onto a cloud of cooling gas, by an inner cloud of white-hot gas.

You can't see a black hole. You see the missing light.

Well that could be correct but its not in our galaxy. Its in a different galaxy named m87. And as for data being changed why? What would the point be? They didnt build this array to do this, it was more of a hey let's see if this array can be used to do this!

Ok...I'm wrong there, I thought it was from our galaxy. I still don't think we can zoom that far into another galaxy.
