ID help please!!

So basically I work at an LFS and we got a shipment of loaches from Asia. We received this catfish as byproduct and I have no idea what he is. From what I can find, he looks remarkably alike many fish in the hemibagrus genus, and the Asian range matches. The only thing that differs is the shape of the adipose fin and the single black dot on the base of it. Any help would be appreciated!

Some identifying features that stood out to me were the semi circle, connected shape of the adipose as opposed to the lobe shape of a lot of the hemibagrus. He has the elongated face, a deeply forked tail and a black spot on the base of the adipose.
