What’s going in the tank ?

First interaction with mr pleco seemed ok...

there the same size and color....

Got a bucket on standby if fighting....

Nice tank. How big is the tank? They grow quickly at first then slow down. Curious how he does with the pleco over time.

7” in a 75g currently - id presume at 11”- 12” i’ll move hime to the 2’ wide tank...

then to a 150g 4’x2’x30” id imagine year to years in here.... then....

looking at a couple 280’s 6’x30”x30” - id imagine that will be close to his final resting spot in 5years when / if he hits 24”

the pleco is actually picking on the wolf a little as they both want the same pellets...

Mine got to around 19-20in in the first two years and then 24in around 3 years. Now he starts putting on a lot of girth. He’s solitary thought in a 535g with 50gpd day drip. With smaller tank and less feeding they shouldn’t grow so fast.

only have one big tank at the moment... maybe have to pick up the pace a bit ?

i’ll have to look for pics of your set up!
