I would have a school of inshore juvenile roosterfish... amazing contrast of black and white in their juv. stages. Big plus, they school when young. Google image

Probably a species of cave fish to study, such as the Clarias cavernicola that I wrote the short article on.

Otherwise, probably senegal bichirs, or African knifefish. Those are my favourites
