Where did you buy your aquarium(s)

I see a lot of really large aquariums and I know they're pricey. I'm curious on where you bought your large tanks? 200 gallon and above

The best deals are on here. I bought my 55, filter, and everything else for 210 dollars. I was stoked! Then I look on here, and there is a 75 with filter for 50 dollars ?. I’m sure a large tank will pop up soon.

I check craigslist listings for aquariums often. But ever since COVID, good deals have rarely been showing up. My best purchases were my 300 gallon for $300 and my 210 gallon for $250 both from craigslist.

Local Fish Stores have things like 125 gallon with stand for 550 dollars.

A LFS near me has a 700 with stand and canopy but it’s 27k or something like that

Weren't you afraid the seals may be old or it wouldnt hold water long term?

Yes, still afraid of any leaks that can happen. I resealed each tank, but there’s always a risk with these glass tanks.

What part of the country are you located? I’m in Phoenix and see pretty good deals on offer up and Craigslist fairly often
