Fish are rubbing against gravel

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Are they violently doing it or just staying low. Do they twist on their sides as they rub against it? Guppies do usually show that they are pregnant simply via a large belly.
Pics?

Ok, just making sure it’s not ich. I do see some that have larger bellies, good sign that they are gonna have fry soon.

What do you mean by "good". Ammonia nitrite nitrate levels?
Usually flicking and rubbing against rocks is a sign of parasites like flukes. Praziquantel is what I recommend as treatment if that's the case. It's relatively mild, so a normal dose is not a bad idea even if you aren't 100% sure it's flukes.
