I’m afraid my Ansorgii has something wrong with him similar to a delhezi I lost. His underbelly seems a little red and fins seem swollen. Is anyone familiar with this? It also looks like his body may be producing extra slime because the sand particles are sticking to his underbelly as well. Water parameters are fine, frequent large water changes with prime always

Could be septicemia. I’d try a broad spectrum antibiotic if u can get it. Maracyn2, kanamycin and triple sulfa works well.

Not too much as it seems to internal. Don’t think it’ll help much in this case. I’d try not to feed for now as well.
