Ugly ducklings!

My god, I thought my distochodus had some bad luck. That guy looks like it fell out of the ugly tree, and hit every branch on the way down, lol.
The Metriclima Crabro is a good shout. So many people have been attracted to such a cute yellow striped fish. 
only for it to turn in to this ugly black fish reaching a max size of over 8 inches once it grows up that would need plenty of space ( >125 gal) lest it go into a killing spree.
when the similar looking neolamprologus sexfasciatus is a far superior alternative in nearly every conceivable way

I'd like to add that the tretocephaus and sexfasciatus make good substitutes for the metriclima mbuna genus for a more peaceful rift lake tank assuming you are only keeping one or the tank is large enough. They are very aggressive to each other but not as much to other fish ime.

Hey guys, look what I found, although this one's very questionable, lol. A baby blob fish, and an adult blob fish!
Now which way round does this one go? Ugly as sin as a baby, growing into a beautiful adult, or a beautiful baby turning into a horror as an adult!!!
Pretty much look the same to me, although something makes me want to give that little baby a cuddle, lol.
