Hi, how long have you had this red? Looks like it stressed if any? Turn off your lights and let it settle in if that is the case. The gills looks fine to me maybe it’s just breathing hard.

I don't know exactly how long it's been here (I've recently just worked here fulltime) but I'd say more than a month. Also, if you look harder, you'll see the transparent edges curling outwards.
