If I’m remembering correctly did this get lumped with tank of the month? Or has the tank pics been left behind.

I think they are technically still separate, but TOTM was in a hiatus for a bit so tank shots are allowed for this competition.

what kind of picture can it be ?

Any picture of aquatic life is allowed, as long as it’s your own and it hasn’t been edited.
