That's the way to do it. Have them set up on Saturday before the Saturday Night Rare Fish Auction...

Also, if you order fish from one or more of the group buys, be prepared to house those. We currently have several group buys set up :)

Matt

Seeded sponge filters and Rubbermaid bins have never failed us in the past. Last year, none of the vendors had any issues with us leaving our purchases in their tanks until we left on Sunday

By the way, if folks want to sell at The Big Fish Deal, please get a table in the Sunday Marketplace (swap meet). It's only $25 for a table (two different sellers can split one even). You'll have hundreds of buyers and - unlike auctions - you can sell at the prices that you set...and keep 100% of proceeds.

We fill the largest ballroom that the hotel has with dozens of tables of vendors, clubs and hobbyists...selling fish, plants, decor (holy rock, driftwood, etc.), supplies, equipment...you name it. Last count, there are less than 10 tables left...so if you want one, reserve it soon at www.thebigfishdeal.com

The nice thing about markeplace is that you don't have to sit all day long to get your fish. But you do have to come early to make sure the items you want don't get sold out.

Will there be listing of pre registered items?

At least Dave's Rare Fish, Aquaticclarity and probably 2-3 more group buys are confirmed. Will announce the details later so that people don't try to place orders too early.

Probably not Below Water - too many moving parts for dealing with Customs/USFWS stuff w/BFD (although we might try for a CCA monthly meeting this year - at least a couple folks in the club have import/export permits).

The Saturday Night Rare Fish Auction stuff will be in www.mygroupauctions.com as soon as we have it.

The items that people will be selling at their tables will be listed in the BFD area of the CCA website to the extent that the individual sellers want to list it (along with pre-sales, etc.). We simply can't track several dozen tables of stuff :)

We will have a list of raffle items soon... some really cool stuff available!
