I'm moving everything to the new place... I have 12k+ sq ft to play with.. might skip the lazy river in place of a 60x20x10ft tank... consulting structure engineers to see if the slate can support the weight. Will update soon :)

If the insulation hasn't been decided yet, I would go closed cell spray insulation. If you do that in all the walls and ceiling, your heating costs will be minimal!

Bad day/news.... engineers said 'no no' The current floor can not support the weight of my planned build. Even if I cut the height of the tank to 6ft... still a no no...
