I wish you could cut the led strip and make two with it but I'll do something similar to what he did and use one pvc pipe and wrap the entire strip on one pipe rather than two.

Just buy the satelite. You wont be disappointed. Also the growth rates arent set in stone all fish grow differently like people do. My ornate slowed down then had a spurt then started getting thicker. Habe monidea how bug he is now but emjoy it man they are great fish mine is my most active poly
Thanks! I used the same stain as the 125 stand that I made so it will all match. Once I bring that over to my office I'll be all set. It's supposed to rain all day today so I'll probably get it tomorrow.
1. figure out my substrate. I want to buy red garnet but I really want black sand
2. order sunsun canister done
3. tomorrow I'm picking up the wood and building/staining the stand done
4. get tank on stand in office
5. wash out sand and toss it in
6. seed canister filter
7. fill up the 75 and get about 15 shiners
8. wait a couple of weeks to make sure the canister took the seed well and ensure cycle is good
9. BUY POLYS
Can't I skip to 9?
