Can it carpet? I'm not sure what kind of hair grass it is. The place I got it from only had it labeled "hairgrass".
Hairgrass (if kept in ideal conditions) will carpet like crazy with runners... but in low light setups may suffer and not really spread as ideally...

Not sure what you mean by which lights I got. But it says A19, LED, DEL. 2700K. It's on the warmer side to light appearance.
I just thought maybe you bought yourself some proper aquarium LED lighting for your tank which is what i meant by "which lights" or as i should have asked, what brand...

Coz 2700K doesnt sound like it will be in the right color spectrum to grow plants, normally people aim for around 6500K / 6700K or 8000K temperatures...

For example, my LEDs white bulbs are 8000K, but also have 2 cree bulbs which i can fine tune the blues / reds / greens as i wish...

Yeah... no. I'm running on a limited budget. So I'm trying my best, are there any cheap aquarium bulbs? If you remember I use those reptile heat lamps. Just tryna save a few bucks, still in school so, kinda makes it hard.

I got these, not sure if you know anything about cheap ways for plants. But I'm just trying it out. Here are the exact bulbs I got. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Sylvania-73986-Sylvania-LED-40W-Equivalent-A19-Light-Bulbs-2pk/52195226
