A few monsters in a community tank

I only have bristlenose but always wanted a big royal or something along the 12" mark and was afraid it'll uproot all the plants.
Actually, I used to have bristlenose in that tank, and they ruined the Amazon swords leafs by sucking them. This big guy is much gentler due to his dietary preference, and he leaves the plants alone. In general, I tend to put rocks around the roots of my larger plants, because sand is easily swept aside by a monster's tail fin.
Bottom line: Go for it! Just try it out.

In front of my tanks
I agree angels make awsome dithers I use to have some in my ray tank, well atleast till the rays figured out that they could trap them and eat them

Looking awesome! I need to get me some plant anchors since my Loaches always seems to uproot them in search for food.
