.....not that I'm a huge soda drinker the tax does not adversly affect me.I do have a problem with mayors of cities(NY is another one)just arbitrarily taxing whatever they set their sights on....

I don't like the tax on sugared sodas as I buy them to treat me when I'm low in sugar. So, I see it as medicine.
