Sorry, but that is not a full helmet gold. I see no gold on the top of the head. For it to be labelled a GH (gold head) there should at least be gold threads or gold patches; for it to be a "full helmet" it should be 80-100% gold on top. If I were you I would complain to the farm as well as to whoever sold you this fish. It could be that the microchip does not match the certificate. You might also want to get a chip reader to double check.
I hope whoever bought it understand what it is they bought.

Gold Heads are notoriously volatile and often lose the gold on their head unless the owners practise WTT (white tank treatment). It would be interesting to know more about the fish that was on offer here - what it looked like when purchased, how it was raised, etc. A video would definitely help settle matters.

LOL, no kidding. Doh! So why imply that this person might have a mix up in chips, or certs, or whatever? The cert states November 2015, so obviously the OP didn't just buy this aro last week.
WTT is an Asian gimmick used by vendors to enhance color and shine, characteristics that are almost always lost once placed in a non WTT environment - such as the vast majority of Asian aro display tanks. Not exactly rocket science, more like just another excuse to post links to your forum, where more sales can be gleaned by you and your pals.
