Sick redtail catifsh

Hi, my redtailed catfish has cloudy eyes and isn't eating. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what I should do? The water is fine and tested.

please tank size, water parameters, temp, tank mates, fish size

Agreed with above and cloudy eyes is usually an indication that the water is not "fine".
