African Aro

I'll share my old guy. Lost him while I was working in Australia a year or so back. Had him for 2ish years. House sitter left the lid cracked between feeding visits. He took the leap of faith. May he rest in peace.

Jeez we had an 16-18" and that was by far my favorite fish of all times lol time to get these suckers bigger!quick question to all the Afro keepers can/should a baby 3-4" Afro handle high current (800gph wavemaker) in a 3ft tank? It's being kept with 2 armatus right now that loves current but the Afro seems to not be able to feed properly due to the tank being spotless what to do?

I have been wanting this fish forever!!!! How quickly do they grow? would they get along with a silver aro or a jardine ???
How forgiving or sensitive are they???

Been keeping up on feeding. Always has a little bulge from the mix of fish flakes and blood worms. Was thinking of switching to black worms but due to the discus not sure how much the afro would get.

Both have passed. Not sure what happened I fed like clockwork every 3 to 4 hours every other day 25% water changes. I'll wait to get a 10 inch plus one. Thanks for the help all.
