talked about cold hardy cichlids but what about other species?? non native

Other species that like cold water that are often sold non native? snake heads are not legal. ID LOVE A green sunfish but they are not legal either. i dont know how some own them.


Just looking for ideas for my pond, it will get down to around 50 in norvember when i take my fish out.

There are some Cichlids you could try like the Texas. In Toronto you get and stay warmer than us so there are probably others too.

Chisembe aka dolphin mormymid aka cornish jack. ( but not below50).Koi. Sticklebacks. Weather loach and bighead carp, although they may be illegal. Chinese high fin shark, I saw someone on YouTube who had guppies survive frost in am outdoor pond. I am sure there are others.
