I'm going to run a 55 gallon sump. Going to be mostly a wet sump for now as this is the first time I have ventured away from canisters, but plan on tweaking it as I go. I am toying with the idea of adding a trickle system once I get the basics up and running. I have cycled media and driftwood as well as two cycled filters rated for 100g+ ready to go on in addition until the new tank is self sustaining.

Yeah, I've got a few years to figure that one out. I'm just trying to get them home alive first, lol.

Like I said, we saw one of them eat for the first time yesterday. It's been a nerve wracking experience.

Keeping rays can be hard on the nerves! Your rays will out grow a 220 faster than you might think! In a year that tank will seem small...trust me on that one!
