Stocking ideas for 65 gallon

Dimensions are 36x18x24. Looking for stocking ideas. Filtration is a 29 gallon sump and I'm fine going on the higher end of the bio load. Any ideas on what I should put in it? Not interested in any kind of puffer or nano fish. Would prefer something that doesn't need a ton of plants because i want few if any plants in there.

That would be a decent tank size for a small colony of cryptoheros. Your best bet would be nanoluteus, 5-7 of them. It would be cool to watch the group dynamic and you could put some dithers like swordtails or ameca splendens in with them, and make it a CA biotope with some rockwork and driftwood.

With only 36" in length I wouldn't recommend peacocks unless you do a single breeding group, 1m/4-5f, of a less aggressive peacock.
