On the Rio Araguaia, I wish...
I've kept them in the past and it is hands down the meanest catfish that I've kept, period. My small one would pick fights with fish more than twice it's size and killed several similar sized tank mates before it became a sacrificial feeder itself. I know of other members that have had them chomp tank mates in half, 18" one ate a 12" channel cat for example. Cool fish but really need a LOT of space if keeping with other fish or a dedicated tank to their own.

Trent, where did two last pics come from? To my eye, they look funny and photoshopped, but I've been wrong before.

do anyone have a Zungaro?
It's not too commonly kept but it is a kept fish nevertheless. Zungaro zungaro, that is. Z. jahu has never been seen in the hobby AFAIK.

Latest video (I need to shoot an update for sure):

Viktor those look like forced perspective shots. You can get a dramaticaly disproportionate apparent increase in size on the fish by using a lens with a very short focal length. It greatly exaggerates size closer to the lens.
