The rest of its body is pink.It's not an albino, but could it be leucistic?

Leucistic fish do not have black markings. This one clearly still has its black body markings. It’s more likely a hormoned or color-fed fish, as that is not natural color for a firemouth.

You mean that dark spot on the gill plate and the few others on the dorsal line?
