Water parameters:
Tank: last water change was 7 days ago. Not as bad as it was last time. That week I did 2 water changes though. Did take out a lot of the dead or dying plants and wasn’t feeding as much tilapia this week. Will have to post pics of the food amount next.

Tank looks pretty bare, but at least everything is alive.

Someone is digging up all the plants.

Lol del and moke are having a staring contest.

Water looks good. Im curious to see how not feeding the catfish would impact water quality

Thank you! I'm trying. The python has made

Polys are either doing a staring contest or a makeout contest hahaa.

for catfish: can run an experiment and see how that goes. Debating on purchasing massivore for some pellet variety. Nobody likes my huge container of NLS, but they like the carnivore pellets. Does Massivore impact the water quality a lot? I know it smells like diaper.

Awesome looks great! Polys do that they like to "free" the plants.
thank you! I remember you mentioned that the plants need plenty of time to root in the substrate. You are right. My del loves to dig them all up. Literally all of them. Hey, at least she's aerating the sand. heh.

Just ordered some purigen!

really nice clm08k I have 3 Polli myself and am very fascinated by them.
Thank you! The polli, Macaroni, is quite a hoot. She's super active and kinda derpy. She hates it when I clean the tank though. Do yours have pretty active personalities?

Massiviore is the same as carnivore only bigger. I'd say you don't need those. Mine like spectrum and cichlid gold.
thanks. This is good to know. Almost bought a big bag of it. I think my polys are too small right now for it. Gonna ask my coworker for some red wrigglers. Soba and Macaroni are still eating sparingly, so I'm hoping to find some other things for them to eat..... Getting to the point where the carnivore pellet is just sitting in front of their faces. So I'm still trying to problem solve.

Maybe I should put some more plants/driftwood in. Soba stays by the driftwood most of the time. So they might need more plants and driftwood to feel more at home.

Yeah they were in that heavily planted tank for a while might take them some time to adjust. Although the ones I've got seem fine, eat well.

True. I think I need to get some more plants in there. Considering redoing substrate to Eco complete and then planting like crazy.

clm08k clm08k i forgot to suggest nls theraA. Its like crack for my polys. Even the big guys go nuts for it. Guve them a good starve then mash some up in tilapia that should work.
