It sounds like one of those outlets is a GFCI outlet and the others are downstream of that unit. Do any of them have reset buttons on them or are possibly connected to a unit inside the home?

Sometimes the switch in the Breaker Box looks like it's on but may be tripped. Find the one for the outside outlets and switch off then on and see if they are working. Also over time a Breaker Ciruit will go bad.

Bingo !

All of them were tied into a gfi in the basement that was hidden behind a blank wall plate

Thanks for the update and glad you got it sorted out! It's always interesting to find odd connections from previous owner's messing with the electrical system.

Actually it was the contractor that finished the basement for us.

The home builder is still nuilding homes in the development so the manager said to look in the basememt that all of the outside outlets tie into one gfi outlet. Looked couldnt find any that were tripped but did find the blank plate and what do ya know...lol
