hi! I am new with FH, I see my fh has a hole in his head. he is very aggressive, and he likes to eat. his poop is brown black not a white poop. But I care about a hole in his head. what do you think? is it fine for him? Do I need Water change?

Yes change water %40 to %50 every day. Get some Metronidazole ASAP. Mix it with his food and feed to him twice a day a least. If that is not working wich it may not get some wet paper towels, lay them on a large plate, take your fish out and lay in on the plate take the metro and dump it into the wound on his head, smear it around in there if you can. Do this untill it goes away. Also continue feeding metro. Get some aquarium salt in addition to this method and he will be fine. Dont be scared to to take him out of tank and treat him, just do it.
I used seachem metroplex. I have have used hikari brand on other fish with internal parasites. Not sure if there is a difference or not besides price. Not sure what your FH cost but mine was just under $400 price of meds was worth it. I bought 3 packs of it since i was treating water, food and directly to wound.
you can see he also has a hole in his face below his eye, he was fighting a piece of drift wood. (The wood won) If you are new to FH's one big mistake is putting decorations like wood or anything sharp in there tank. They are extremely aggressive and will injure themselves trying to move and destroy everything. They will inflict deep wounds on themselves and they could get infected.
