Arowana swimming unsually

inhad an arowana which always swim against the side glass of the aquarium. Water check all okay. Why this happen i can’t figure. Ia my ariwana sick?

Would do as tlindsey tlindsey suggested. If it’s a new fish then maybe settling in soon. Also if it’s a silver then it’ll be a little shaky and easy startled. Would suggest dimming the lights and floating plants maybe to help reduce stress.

The fish either swim against both side tank or front as seem wanting to escape from the tank

Hi... i just fed my arowana 1 SW and suddenly my arowana swim like mad and than stop sit at the bottom of tank for one hour until now never swim.. Normally very aggressive and will swim on top and asking for more food but now very quiet. What had happen anyone know? Need advice

sw not so good for small aros...hard for them to digest...try crickets if you can get them...or smaller meal worm until the aro gets much bigger..then you can switch back to SW...

i think its just normal your aro swims into glass...still small and unsure of its new environment so it hasn't adjusted to the size of the tank yet to avoid the glass...
