What u guys think grow rate

I think the eyes look O.K.

Hard to tell about the growth from the pics but these guys grow fast, around an inch per month usually at a small size.

But I am concerning when is the best time to put this little Oscar into my big tank with 4 10-12cm veaja cichlid and 3 gold severums
I am afraid Oscar will get kill if put into the big tank too early
Any advise ?
