Pleco with Bichirs?

I don't know how fast bichirs grow, but BGK are SLOOOOOW growers even if they do get pretty big. Your bichirs may outgrow and eat it.

The pleco won't, but I second that they are absolute poop machines that will excrete waste whether you feed it or not. If that puts you off, I'd suggest a different armored catfish. Hoplosternum perhaps?

my 3" BGK hit 7" in about 4-5 months which a 6" BGK would be ok with most of bichirs listed long term except the endl and the ornate because the others slow down when they reach 5-10"

I'd look into pseudacanthicus and not mess around with the little ones. Can be fed exactly what your going to feed the Polys and they get big
