Does this look like a prolapse?
I believe the fish has hexamita since he's had white string poo recently. He's stopped eating and has been lethargic recently, the last time he ate on his own was about 2 weeks ago. After a couple of days of him not eating I started feeding him through a tube (mixed in 3% epsom salt solution) but he hasn't perked up yet.
Medicine wise I've tried Flubenzadole and Octozin but neither had any success. Where do I go from here? I'm thinking of euthanizing him soon-ish if he doesn't improve.

You could try an epsom salt to reduce the swelling, 1 tablespoon of epsom salt per 5 gallons for 5 days.

Forgot to mention that I've added in epsom salt to the water for the past 2 or 3 days.
