Toni is such a character. So I feed the SDs before her, and that just can't happen in her tank, so she thinks.
After feeding the SDs I grab her food, and nothing. She is still behind the plant in her spot. I show her the bag o' food, normally this is enough to get her attention. Nothing she just stays there....
An hour later I grab the food and show her. She kinda sorta slowly come to the feeding spot. I drop one in, she eats it, but spits it right back out and swims off to her spot.....well no dinner for her tonight. LOL

Looks like I may be right about the orange coloring on Toni. I am thinking that in time she will have orange everywhere that has this underlayment in place now.

Up on her forehead and at the base of her dorsal fin she has more orange showing up.

So I wake up to this......
She completly uprooted the plant of DOOM and is now hiding like a chicken in the corner of the tank.......cause the plant of DOOM floating is tripping her out.

Let's talk filtration.

Today during the water change on the 125 I cracked open the FX4 to see how things are going.

I got the FX4 in Febuary, cracked it open in March after 1 month use. It was spotless almost new looking. Today was much the same, so very clean. So I am guessing the two AC110s are doing the lion's share of mechanical cleaning. With both needing thier sponges cleaned at about two week intervals.
Adding up thier total published flow rates (AC110=500gph FX4=700gph)
I am sitting at 1700 gallons an hour turn over combined. Now take away 30% for media flow restriction. We are at 1190gph after flow loss, divide that by 125. We are at about 9.25 turn overs an hour. Not to bad right?

So I have been on this Gorillaz trip lately, so I am listening to them while I am feeding the fish today.....I feed her on the right side of the tank
Dropping food in the gap there. So I set my phone on top of Toni's tank. She intently stares it down then Bam attacks it's, tho just smashes her face against the inside corner of the tank......

And now she is pissed, thrashing about the tank....chasing the SDs around......
