Is the fish pictures a green terror or blue acara? I think in the shop it was labelled a green acara!

Looks like a Green Terror.

I gotta give you guys (Tom and Stanzzzz7)credit, with that tiny washed out photo, I can't really see any markings that would make an ID obvious to me.
At best the seam along the dorsal and top tip of the caudal suggests GT to me.

I also used the little coloration on the fins for Identification.
