Honey Comb moray eel

Hi All
I'm new to this forum. I'm setting up a salt water 55 gallon reef tank, but for fish only. I using a refugium, bio pellet reactor, charcoal reactor and a skimmer. This will be a predator tank with a undulated trigger and a honey comb moray eel. I had trigger's in the past but never had an eel of this caliber? Has any other fish keeper out there had one of these eels? Trying to find out first hand. I read everything I could about them. Thanks for your time. Serpent

Don't bother with a 55 gal, this is a 7 foot long fish.
If you want a smaller eel than get a snowflake moray or zebra moray

What size tank would you suggest?

Probably want a bigger tank than a 55 for the trigger.

I'm plumbing a 55 gal tank. I have 1.25 supply and a 1.5 return. Should I keep this configuration or should I make the inlet and return both the size of 1.25 "

What would be the best way to make an aquarium manifold? Should it be inline with the supply or use a T fitting to make it. I'm going to be using a 2800 gal per hour DC pump with a 18 foot head pressure. This will supply a skimmer and two reactors and the aquarium too. I will be using gate valves to dial in each piece of equipment.
