M/F GT pair in 75?

The title really explains itself, I might get a 75 on sunday and i'll set it up like a month or two from now.

I thought of a community with a male GT as the centerpiece fish, but I've been eyeing breeding bn plecos and bettas so I thought I might as well try breeding GTs.

Would a m/f pair be okay for life in a 75? and would I need a divider?

I wouldn't go with gts as males can get 12-14 inches. Maybe stick with Bettas, bristlenose plecos etc

Agreed. I had my pair with nothing else but a pleco in my 75. It only worked for a year. And even that was pushing it. I had to divide them up a few times too. It’s just not enough space.
