We were talking a little about this on another forum.....seems that they haven't learned the lesson of similar actions taken in Zimbabwe years ago.
A guy takes an Uber ride from Philadelphia to upstate New York.He offers to take the wheel at some point so the driver could rest and have a nap.The driver wakes up as the customer is being chased by state police due to speeding.....customer winds up ditching the police but he crashed into a guardrail a bit later.

South Carolina woman killed by an eight foot long alligator while trying to save her dog.The gator appeared and tried to grab the dog while the woman was walking with it along a path and when the woman tried to fight off the gator it knocked her down and dragged her into a nearby lagoon......it remains unclear if the dog tried to save the woman.
