Blue eyed Pleco price???

One of my LFS has a 9-10" blue eyed Pleco.....Is 300. a good price for a Panaque?? I know they are pretty rare. Its a really nice one in a Discus tank.....Thanks!!

Personally after seeing the prices thrown around the internet for various sizes I'd say yes.

It's a shame what happened to them in their natural habitat, an oil spill and drug wars or trade restrictions made it almost impossible to get them out if I remember correctly. Before all that happened they were fairly cheap I think.

They are still exported/imported fairly regular. 300 is a standard price for that size. 5-7 yrs ago you would have had to pay 1k.
Is it a Cochliodon Or Suttoni.

In the (uk) they go from anything from £200-£275 pounds at that size so thats like $260-$360 dollers although I find the suttoni's are slightly more expensive then the cochliodon for some reason not sure why to be honest, id say $300 dollers isn't a bad price at all to be fair, I paid £250 pounds or $320 dollers for my 9"-10" female Sutton last year, and I thought that was pretty cheap at the time, I'd say go for it there a lovely fish, I really like mine, one of my favs
