Looks bloated and has a mean case of pop eye going on. I would worry about that before the sex of the fish. Just my .02$

With most Parachromis, the slope of the profile is a good indicator of gender, if it is mature.
Males have a higher profile, and females a more torpedo shape.
Coloration around the jaw line is also a good indication, females have less spotting than males, and the blotches on the body are usually larger in females.
At first glance the one in the photo looks males to me.
Here is a close cousin of managuensis (it is motaguensis)to illustrate my points, I didn't have a camera when raising managuense back in the 80s.

Since your looks compromised as far as health goes, these traits may be skewed, so posting a pic when (if) healthy might be a more able reasonable option.
