Alright so about 4 days ago I was watching my fish and noticed that my Mbuna cichlid had a clear hairlike thing hanging out of her anus.
I tried looking up types of parasitic worms that freshwater fish can get but I couldn't find a match, I immediately took out all filters containing carbon and have been dosing with Kordon Rapid Cure Ich Disease treatment drops everyday for four days.

It's my 55gal cichlid tank which contains zero scaleless fish no snails or invertebrates, all fish have been in the tank together since day 1 last February and no new fish have been added.
Also I check my other cichlids and found zero signs of worms on or in their bodies.
Sorry if this is a little long or confusing, I guess I just wanna know if anyone has any idea what type of worms are thin like hair, tube shaped and transparent, and what meds I should be using to treat such parasitic worms.
